Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn footwear back into its original LANX box and secure it within a protective outer mailing bag or box.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
